We have been operating villa programmes to Europe since 1986. We launched a small selection of rental properties in Croatia in 2003, and since then we have gradually expanded it on a strict basis of quality and value for money. We only include in our programme a small proportion of the hundreds of Croatia villas and Croatia hotels viewed by our staff in Croatia. They range from small stone cottages in delightful locations to modern villas with private pools. In Istria the majority are in the beautiful countryside with their own pool; in Split and Dubrovnik regions fewer properties have a pool since the azure sea is the dominant feature with virtually all properties right by the water only a few metres from a beach or swimming.

Our web site has been designed to be easy to use, as well as providing a lot of detail to help you choose your ideal holiday villa in Croatia. We have a quick search system showing up to date prices and availability, as well as an on-line booking facility. We also have a unique option facility, which allows you to “hold” a Croatia villa or Croatia apartment without obligation for a couple of days, whilst you are making your final decision. You can browse through each region via our interactive map and see at a glance our villa locations – you can then zoom right into the local village and select one if you wish.

We offer Croatia sailing cruises, as well as smaller programmes to Slovenia and Montenegro, any of which combined with a week in one of our Croatia villas makes a perfect two week holiday. You can also pick and choose from our hotels and tailor-make your own itinerary.

Prior to every season a thorough inspection is made of the properties to ensure that each one has maintained the standards that we have set, and is ready to be enjoyed by our clients during the following Spring, Summer and Autumn months.
