This brand new villa exudes style, class and luxury. It possibly has the best location on the whole Croatian coastline just a few steps down to a lovely shingle beach in the pretty village of Drasnice, 10km south of Makarska town. The villa faces directly onto the beach with wonderful views across the crystal waters to the Islands of Brac and Hvar. Wake up each morning to this spectacular view and relax each evening with unforgettable sunsets and just the gentle sound of the lapping of waves.

Drasnice is a charming little village on the Makarska coast well known as the region with the most beautiful beaches with lovely centres such as Brela, Baska Voda and Podgora. It has a couple of shops, bars and restaurants about 100 metres walk away. A much larger choice of restaurants and shops are in Makarska Town; you can try Hotel Osejava, 'Riva', 'Jez' and many other good places to eat where fresh fish and grilled meat dishes are serves alongside a selection of Croatian wines. Makarska becomes quite lively in high season with a bustling harbour and promenade full of bars and cafés. You can also catch one of the regular ferries that goes to Brac island from here for day trips. Split is just 1 hour away and is a fascinating and enjoyable to spend a day in.

You enter the villa at ground level into the living room with big leather angled sofa and LED satellite TV. Off here is a shower room/wc and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room/wc. Stairs leads you up on the first floor which has a spacious living area with sofa, coffee table, LED satellite TV and fireplace, plus a dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 4 and a fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and  microwave. There is accessto a balcony with splendid seaviews. On the same floor are two double  bedrooms each with satellite TV; one has a bathroom/wc, the other has a shower room/wc.

On the next floor is again a spacious living area with sofa, coffee table, LED satellite TV and fireplace, plus a dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 6, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Again from here you have access to a balcony with splendid sea views. There are two double bedrooms, each with satellite TV and each with its own shower room/wc.  The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi broadband internet access.

In front of the house (with access from ground floor living room) is a seafacing swimming pool which measures 6m x 3m with outside shower, sunbeds and parasols.Here by the pool is a lovely terrace with a barbecue, recliners, and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the views. A couple of steps down from here is the gorgeous shingle beach which is sheltered and ideal for swimming.
