This property is in a wonderful position in the village of Seget Vranjica right by the sea with splendid sea views towards many Dalmatian islands. In the village (500 metres walk) are a local bar, shop and restaurant. You are just 5 minutes drive from the facinating medieval town of Trogir. The property is very spacious with a splendid swimming pool in front and a lovely little  concrete beach beside, just perfect for swimming and sunbathing. A long promenade runs along the coast ideal for jogging or strolling along in the evening. It takes you to the Hotel Medena 2 km away, which has tennis courts, restaurants and a pebble beach; further on (7km away) is Seget Donji which has a little harbour and a good restaurant called «Frenky».

For a better choice of shops, bars and excellent restaurants, the beautiful old town of Trogir is only 5 km away. It is UNESCO heritage site full of historical buildings, old palaces, and a lovely harbour with colourful yachts as well as an array of small side streets with charming boutiques. From here you can also catch ferries to the samll nearby Islands of Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali. The picturesque town of Primosten is 30 minutes drive, and Krka National Park and its spectacular waterfalls just 40 minutes. You must visit Split to see Diocletian's Palace as well as being able to take a ferry to a number of islands such as Vis, Solta, Brac and Hvar.

 DETAILS OF ACCOMODATION

The owner lives on the ground floor and runs a small restaurant only for the occupants of his property (he normally needs 24 hours notice, if you want to eat there). In front of this property is a kidney shaped 8.5m x 5m swimming pool with jacuzzi , roman steps and outside shower; from here is direct acces to a small beach. The whole property is sea facing with magnificient views and consists of 5 apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors each with air-conditioning plus terrace with table and chairs. All apartments are well furnished with living/dining area with sofa, coffee table, Satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen area.

Apartment A (sleeps 2/4). 1st and 3rd floor 48m2, with double bedroom, bathroom/wc. Prices shown on this page are for Apartment A.
